The CMA has confirmed Ofgem's rejection of CMP344, which would have moved approved offshore transmission repair costs from generators to consumers. On GEMA's own figures the effect on a CfD strike price was about £0.06/MWh, roughly £0.2 million a year for a 1 GW wind farm by our estimate.
